seahorse mirror

my mom thought seahorses were mythical until she was 45 and i made her watch the nature channel. it blew her mind.  of course since then i've been obsessed with them.  i was very excited when mudpuppy suggested an underwater themed collaboration.  he created these gorgeous porcelain&resin handmade frames and i etched the mirrors.  you can get 'em here! $24

So did i.....hehe.. but i found out when i was 40. Blown away was not the word. I still find it hard to believe because they are so majestic but also so beautiful.I always loved them, and just like your mum, thought they were just a mythical or fantasial creature, so to find out they are real was like finding out tomorrow that mermaids were for real or that king neptune was actually out there. Anyways... just wanted to let you and your mum know that she's not alone on that one. I would never have dreamt that such a beautiful piece of magic like that could ever exist.
